My dog, Sophie, inspires my sculptures.
I am attracted by her loving yet wild nature and my aim is to express her character in all her aspects.
Sleeping, walking and eating, etc...
My feelings are also expressed in my drawings, photos and lino prints of Sophie.
The surface textures and shiny glaze I use have an unrealistic quality yet in this way I have the freedom
to express my Art which is based on memories of my childhood, dreams and intuitions.
